An early 19th century ebony strung mahogany bowfront stick barometer, the moulded top over a silvered scale and ivory adjusting knob, the ebonised cistern in the form of an urn flanked by ebony blind fluting, the scale inscribed Worthington, London, 96cm high *Nathanial Worthington (1790? - 1853) was apprenticed to Matthew Berge at 196 Piccadilly, and took over the business in partnership with James Allen in 1819. From 1835 Worthington had sole control until 1851.

Ornate mid-19th century French gilt metal and porcelain mantel clock with urn surmount, pink porcelain dial and panels painted with flowers and birds, French eight day movement striking on bell on stand and with glass dome (cracked), the clock 34cm high. Key and pendulum present CONDITION REPORT Clock - left metal halberd ornament is detached. Cracks and slight associated loss to enamel dial, slight damage to outer edge of several of the cover enamel plaques. Flanking garnitures - one slightly mishapen towards uppermost sconce with some breaks and mishapen scrolled supports, slight wear to enamels, replacement to one foot. Other garniture in better order but also one foot terminal replaced, one finial above foot loose.
Early Victorian diamond and black enamel mourning ring with diamond set classical urn to the bezel and black enamel shank, inscription 'Died 3rd March 1842 Charlotte Summers in her 76th year'. Ring size L CONDITION REPORT Good original condition. The enamel to the bezel and the top half of the ring/shoulders is in very good condition. The enamel on the lower half of the shank is missing/worn away although the shank is in good order. The interior to the back of the bezel has solder and was possibly originally a glazed compartment. 4 grams
