A French kingwood, tulipwood, marquetry late 19th century sideboard commode in the Louis XV style, of breakfront form, with red marble top with shaped edge, the two large drawers over an intricately inlaid door in assorted fruitwoods depicting an urn of flowers including carnations, tulip, roses. With concave sides, flowerhead ormolu mounts, lions paw feet, guilloche detail, laurel leaf ring handles.
A Louis XVI style gilt bronze cartel wall clock, c1860/80, of typical design, the shaped case laurel-leaf swag mounts, twin rams head urn finial, white enamel 7.5' dial. Twin train, 8 day movement, 1/2 striking on a bell. The back plate with bronze medallion makers name 'Mouti et Cie', movement number 714, 73cm. long.
