The dial has some chipping around the left hand winding hole and some slight wear to the other otherwise appears in good condition. The case is in good condition with the only visible fault to the porcelain being a small firing fault to the lower left hand corner of the front apron panel. This lamp also has a narrow crack to one of the gilt mounts, probably from casting and overall stable. The other has a similar fissure to the band of guilloches encircling the top. The present mounts supporting the electrical fitments may be associated. DERBY; a small group comprising pair of floral painted cabinet plates with gilt highlights on dark blue ground, diameter 22cm, pair of shaped Imari palette decorated and gilt heightened bowls, 19.5 x 25cm, two further floral decorated bowls (af) and an urn vase (af), these with painted marks to bases, further similar floral decorated ceramics, two Royal Crown Derby Imari decorated plates, smaller dish and teacup, all pattern no.1128 and three pot lids (badly af).Additional InformationBoth early Derby plates with no visible hairline cracks, but hollow rings. Both shaped bowls with better rings, but both of these heavily scratched to surface and underside, with extensive firing imperfections and kiln dirt and pitting. Both of the floral decorated shaped bowls mentioned after the Imari bowls have hairline cracks. All of the other 18th and 19th century ceramics in this lot badly af, numerous cracks and serious damage and losses throughout. Two of the pot lids completely cracked all the way through, one with chip to underside. The Royal Crown Derby items all ring true with no visible hairline cracks and some light surface wear.

Rubbing to the ormolu finish throughout, light general wear including some pitting, scratches, scuffs and marks. Further tarnish to metalware, dirt and dust, some imperfections in the casting.
