A French percussion holster pistol c 1840, lightly browned octagonal barrel 8", with 8 groove rifling and blade foresight, the underneath of the breech struck with maker's mark "ZEL" (Zeller of Paris (?)), flat lock and hammer engraved with wavy border, scrolls, and a monster's head, with walnut fullstock, with horn fore end cap, the butt having chequered panels, engraved steel mounts including flat butt cap and trigger guard with elaborate urn finial, and horn tipped wooden ramrod. Berieben, Farbabplatzer, Chip am Postament, an einigen Stellen ausgebessert, linker Fuß restauriert, Altersspuren.| LUDWIGSBURG 'Artemisia mourning the death of her husband Mausolos', before 1816. Figure of the weeping Artemisia standing on a rectangular pedestal, leaning on the urn of her deceased husband in her mourning, design by the Württemberg court sculptor Johann Christian Wilhelm Beyer (1764), marked with a blue antler on the underside (ca. 1793-1816), a comparable figure is in the Ceramic Museum in Ludwigsburg Palace, h. ca. 26.5 cm. Rubbed, paint chipping, chip on the base, repaired in some places, left foot restored, signs of age.

A George III silver oval section teapot, of oval section, the body foliate and C scroll embossed and chased with bright cut bands, the hinged lid with urn finial, indistinct makers mark, London 1783, height 13cm, weight 12.48 toz.Condition report: The hinge to the teapot is very worn and one is split and there may be a soldered repair (see image) There is some wear to the embossing on the extremities. It doesn't appear that there has been any erasing.
A George III silver swing handled sweat meat basket, of oval section with beaded handle and rim over the pierced harebell swag and urn bright cut basket, indistinct makers mark, London 1821, width 15cm, weight 3.6 toz.Condition report: There are missing and broken links on the bottom two panels of the body and a couple near the top (see images) The handle is in good condition. There appears to be old welding repairs at the bottom. The piece stands straight.
