An oak longcase clock, the 8 day movement striking on a bell to an 11in square brass dial, with a silvered chapter ring inscribed Jno Lee, Cookham, the matted centre engraved birds to urn and eagle cast spandrels, the glazed hood with a moulded cornice and plain frieze, a moulded edge waist door to a base with a shaped plinth, 6ft 7.25in (201.2cm) high.
An 18th century walnut veneered longcase clock, the associated one month movement striking on a bell to an arched brass 13in dial, with a silvered chapter ring, the matted centre inscribed MARWICK & MARKHAM, LONDON, a subsidiary seconds dial and mask spandrels to a foliage engraved arch with dolphin spandrels and date dial, the inverted bell top with urn finials, arcaded door with brass capped pilasters, glazed sides, the trunk door with a green glass lenticle, the base on a plinth, 9ft (274cm) high.
A Small 18th Century Dutch Marquetry Chest of Drawers. The well patinated moulded serpentine top having a decorative shaped panel inlaid with an urn cascading flowers, parrots perched amidst the foliage and lavish scrolls within a border of stringing surrounded by further trailing flowers and marquetried butterflies in roundels to the protuberant corners. The four long drawers similarly marquetried with scrolling flowers & foliage and having rounded moulding to the drawer divides and sunken quarter columns inlaid with pendant garlands to the corners. The sides ornamented with birds perched amongst urns of flowers in oval strung panels. The moulded base raised on carved claw feet, 35 ins (89 cms) in width, 30 1/2 ins (77 cms) in height.
