MEISSEN; a late 19th/early 20th century porcelain figure group of a couple flanking an urn and holding floral garland, with two pigeons on the floral encrusted decorated base and a seated girl to the opposing side, marked to base and numbered 61258, height 22cm, and a later vase painted with floral sprays within gilt border on cobalt blue ground, marked to base, number 50303, height 29cm (2).Additional InformationThe figure has areas of losses to the encrusted garlands and other floral motifs to the base, no obvious traces of damage or restoration; the vase with major hairline crack running from the rim towards central part of the body, length approx 14cm, and with minor losses along the line to the inside. Apparent firsts, no slashes either through or to the right of the marks.

Rare fusee rack lever pedometer pocket watch movement, signed 'By the Kings Letters, Ralph Gout, London' and inscribed 'Patent', no. 59, with pierced balance cock engraved with helmet and urn, flat steel balance, silver regulating disc and cylindrical pillars, the signed dial with Roman numerals, outer five minute divisions and triple subsidiary pedometer dials (lacking hands); with associated silver engine turned case - Condition Report: - Movement - functioning when placed face up, does not function face down, this seems to be due to the balance catching as it swings, some attention is therefore required, lacking plunger to the pedometer mechanism which is untested. Dial - loose, faint hairline. Glass - marks. Hands - lacking hands. Case - movement is detached from the case, case generally good, some marks. - Condition reports are provided for general guidance only.
