MEISSEN; a late 19th/early 20th century porcelain figure group of a couple flanking an urn and holding floral garland, with two pigeons on the floral encrusted decorated base and a seated girl to the opposing side, marked to base and numbered 61258, height 22cm, and a later vase painted with floral sprays within gilt border on cobalt blue ground, marked to base, number 50303, height 29cm (2).Additional InformationThe figure has areas of losses to the encrusted garlands and other floral motifs to the base, no obvious traces of damage or restoration; the vase with major hairline crack running from the rim towards central part of the body, length approx 14cm, and with minor losses along the line to the inside. Apparent firsts, no slashes either through or to the right of the marks.

Dial - loose, faint hairline. Glass - marks. Hands - lacking hands.
