A pair of Regency papier mache lacquered face screens, early 19th century, one decorated with a peacock and a parrot by a fountain, the other with a peahen and peacock strutting on an urn beside a floral display surrounded by gilt tracery, each with bobbin turned painted handle, each 40.5cm long (2) CONDITION REPORT:Both screens show repairs to the handle joints, extensive crazing to the lacquered finish and wear to the paint finish on the handles.
