Victorian black slate mantel clock, of architectural form, surmounted with a figure above a dome and balusters, flanked by lower half domes and columns, raised on a plinth base, together with a pair of urn garnitures, the movement stamped A D Mougin, 1302, 4, 11, striking on a gong, the clock 53cm high (buyer collects)
A crewel work panel (cut down), 18th century, depicting a foliate urn, together with five crewel work borders framed as one, a Regency silkwork picture in a giltwood frame, and a late 19th century silkwork and painted picture of a lady with a cornucopia of flowers, framed and glazed, the largest 122cm x 44cm. 19th century mantel clock with French eight day movement striking on a bell, signed - R. G. Paris, London Best Warranted 2784, pink porcelain and gold painted dial with black painted Roman numerals, on white panels and painted rural scene, in a gilt metal neoclassical case with pink Sèvres-style panels and mounts surmounted by a porcelain and gilt metal urn, standing on a separate plinth under a glass dome, 52cm overall length of dome and plinth (key and pendulum present) CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good. Movement is clean and appears to be in working order, although we have not had it running. Dial is good. No obvious signs. Case is good. Gilding is marked and tarnished in places. Rear cover is missing. Porcelain panels and mounts are generally good. However lower panel to right of dial does not fit well and surface may have been retouched. Some of applied decoration is missing. Plinth is worn in places and velvet covering is quite worn. Glass dome has some chipping to edge. Separate black stand is worn in places

Contemporary silver cafe au lait set comprising coffee and hot milk jugs of tapering form, with cut-card mounts, covered spouts, turned wooden side mounted handles and domed hinged covers with urn finials (Birmingham 1952), maker - B. G. All at approximately 25ozs, 17.5cm overall height (2) CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good. Some minor denting, particularly around bases. General scratching and surface wear. No signs of major repair, however one cover is missing hinge pin and other cover hinge is tight, handles are slightly loose. Marks are rubbed but legible. Both spout covers are slightly distorted. One has been re-pinned upside down
Fine pair Derby porcelain pot pourri vases, the urn-shaped bodies each with three frosted gilt ram's head handles, with outstretched leg supports on trefoil platform bases with finely painted floral decoration, burnished gilt scrolls and raised pearl neck decoration, red painted crowned marks and gilder's mark - possibly for Samuel Keys, circa 1810, 18cm high CONDITION REPORT One vase has a long break to body which has been re-stuck, the other in good order - both have some minor gilding wear

An early 19th Century mahogany longcase clock by Lepine of Canterbury, the 12ins arched painted dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds and calendar dial, the spandrels decorated in gilt with urn, floral and leaf scroll ornament to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in figured mahogany case probably by Goulden of Canterbury, the hood with shaped cresting above arched and moulded cornice, turned and fluted columns to hood, arched front door, the plinth with raised astragal moulded panel, on double plinth base, 90ins high. A 19th Century French gilt brass cased "Cartel" clock of Louis XV design, the 6.75ins diameter domed white enamld dial with arabic numerals to the eight two train movement striking on a bell, contained in gilt brass case of classical form surmounted by oval two-handled urn, with shaped case with leaf ornament and bellflower swags, female mask and pineapple lower finial, 26.5ins high (case later overpainted)
An 18th Century oak longcase clock by John Brice of Sandwich, the 12ins square brass dial with wide silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, the matted dial centre with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and with cast urn, bird and scroll work spandrels to the eight day five pillar movement striking on a bell, contained in plain oak case, the moulded cornice with fretted frieze above plain turned pillars to hood, the trunk door inset with circular glass lentical, on plinth base, 78.5ins high. Note : John Brice recorded as Apprentice 1723, died 1755

A early George III Scottish mahogany longcase clock by Robert Clidsdale of Edinburgh, the 14ins arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, matted dial centre with subsidiary seconds dial and cast mask, urn and leaf scroll pattern spandrels to the eight day three train movement striking and quarter chiming on nine bells, contained in mahogany case with moulded scroll pediment, cast brass circular paterae and later fretted panels and with slender turned and fluted pillars to the hood, the shaped trunk door veneered in figured mahogany and crossbanded, flanked by fluted quarter columns, the plinth inlaid with bandings and with reeded cant corners, on bracket feet, 93ins high. A Han style undated archaistic large bronze egg shaped urn, the two halves fitting together to form a whole; each half has three feet in the shape of a circle with projecting hook, handles to either side in the shape of a loop; the body is decorated with abstract cloud and smoke patterns. From an important London collection, acquired in the 1970s. 4 kg, 33cm (13"). Fair condition.
