A FINE 13 BORE TURKISH MATCHLOCK MUSKET, DATED ????, CIRCA 1751/2 with tapering etched twist barrel retained by two silver-gilt panels chased with scrolling foliage and stylised tulips, formed with a series of slender raised ribs over almost its entire length, decorated with gold-filled recessed panels and gold-encrusted foliage at each end, strongly moulded muzzle inlaid with small pellets on the face, gold-inlaid tear-shaped rondels behind and a broad panel divided by a twisted framework of gold and silver beadwork, the breech encrusted with a gold urn issuant with foliage and a small cartouche with the gold-lined barrelsmith's mark ahead, fitted with brass pan with pivot-cover, raised back-sight encrusted with gold scrollwork and pierced with a single aperture, the tang overlaid with a dated silver gilt panel chased en suite with the barrel bands, brass action including serpentine and trigger, figured walnut full stock decorated with a trellis pattern of twisted silver wire enclosing coral pellets and arrangements of bone rondels enriched with brass nails and wire, fitted on the right of the breech with a pricker and chain, faceted butt inlaid with further bone rondels alternating with broad silver gilt panels chased en suite with the barrel bands and set with red and yellow coral pellets, large ivory butt-cap and fore-end cap each decorated en suite, chased silver gilt trigger-plate, a pair of brass ring suspension mounts, and brass-tipped wooden ramrod, perhaps the original (the inlays with small losses and minor replacements) 101.5cm; 40in barrel Provenance Pierre Poisson, St Ouen, 1967

A Pair of Late 18th Century Cast Brass Candle Sconces. The wall plates decorated with scroll work, floral garlands and winged cherubs sat to the top flanking a flaming urn above a central silvered copper cartouche. The S-scroll arms bearing screw on candle cups above drip trays, now drilled for wiring, 9½ ins (24 cms) in height, 6 ins (15 cms) wide and 5 ins (13 cms) in depth.
An 18th Century Dutch Brass Tea-urn Circa 1780. The bulbous body fitted with three animal headed spouts surmounted by dolphin finials and having two zoomorphic broken scroll handles either side raised on three shaped outswept strap feet. The lid with a fluted knop finial, 13¾ ins (35 cms) in height.
A Large Fine Quality 19th Century Brass Samovar. The urn with turned ebonised carrying handles on scrolling shell-crested mounts either side and an elaborate tap to the front. The lid fitted with a cylindrical steam chimney bearing a teapot stand to the top. Standing on a rising pedestal and square plinth base with short column feet, 27 ins (69 cms) high, 15 ins (38 cms) in width.
Two 19th Century Treen Reel Stands and a 19th Century Rosewood Stand. One reel holder stamped J. WATSON MAKER BROTIFERRY on the base and having two tiers of reel holders between round moulded platforms with finialed caps revolving around a centre column surmounted by an urn shaped pin cushion. The other having a single round platform of reel holders on a finialed centre stem with square mahogany base raised on squat bun feet. The rosewood stand inset with a woolwork panel framed by ogee moulding raised on turned feet, 9½ ins (24 cms) square.

A cylindrical box with finial knopped dome lid, inscribed inside; 'Made from Gunuy Wood 1888'. And an urn-shaped container with acorn finialed lid and pedestal foot, 5 ins (13 cms) in height.
A 16th Century French Renaissance Walnut Table. The top having a moulded nulled edge above an ornately carved frieze. The front & back centralised by an urn issuing sprays of foliage with birds pecking grapes & cherubs adorning the corners. The sides centred by winged cherubs amidst scrolling grapevine; mirrored by the large open carved support flanked by winged caryatids and terminating on sledge feet carved with acanthus leaves. 28¾ ins (73 cms) in height, 51 ins (130 cms) wide and 23 ins (59 cms) deep.
An 18th Century Oak 'Rocking Ship' Longcase Clock with eight day movement. The 12 inch (30 cm) painted dial incorporating a calendar aperture and subsidiary seconds dial to the centre with sprays of flowers adorning the corners. The arch painted with a castle seascape housing the painted rocking ship aperture. The hood with swan neck split pediment centred by a brass urn finial above the arched door flanked by reeded columns. The case having a shaped trunk door; inlaid with a marquetry star burst and flanked by fluted quadrant columns. 88 ins (224 cms) high, 18 ins (46 cms) wide, 10½ ins (27 cms) deep. The movement overhauled and in working order.
