The glazed arch door with gilt brass foliated frame enclosing the silvered chapter ring, with eight day movement and two subsidiary dials engraved; CHIME/SILENT & CHIME ON EIGHT BELLS/WESTMINSTER CHIMES, bordered by gilt brass pierced spandrels. The canted edges ornamented with figural brass appliqués, standing 30 ins (76 cms) high. 16½ ins (42 cms) wide and 9½ ins (24 cms) deep.
