Urn shaped brass pommel with 2nd pattern type ‘hatched’ grip showing service use and some blackened finish with what looks like period slight bending back to guards, which has slightly loosened grip fit. Good used 16.9cm long plated double edge blade with early Wilkinson Sword & The FS Fighting Knife Trade Marks to ricasso. Blade shows service use & wear, with field sharpened edges and used spear point. Chocolate brown leather frog with removed leg ties, with blackened brass end cap & belt loop section with replaced leather rope ties for grip fastening. A good old timer from the early 2nd pattern manufacturing days.

WW2 2nd pattern Fairbairn & Sykes commando dagger & scabbard by Wilkinson Sword. Urn shaped pommel with 2nd pattern type ‘hatched’ grip showing service use and blackened finish. ‘B2’ (Wilkinson Sword) with Dept. Defence arrow stamped to top side of guard. 17.2 cm long plated double edge blade, with sharpened edges and use to spear point, with light wear, generally very good. ‘2’ stamped chocolate brown leather frog with leg ties & blackened brass end cap, having had the elastic strap section removed.
Brass urn lid pommel, with stag horn grip, with 2 fixed brass acorns (one missing), with gilt washed brass ‘hoof’ guard & half clamshell. 35cm long, double etched blade, maker marked for W.K.C. with knight’s head trademark. Etchings are the classic military style, with trophies of arms & floral patterns. Brass and leather scabbard fits majority of blade, with 7mm gap. Generally very good overall.
Urn shaped aluminium pommel, with dark blue metal grip. Aluminium winged guard with rotating symbol. 17.5cm long F A Helbig stamped worn & partially pitted blade, retaining leather washer. Blade fits well into the metal & aluminium scabbard, showing light wear overall, one patched repair & missing suspension ring & hanger.
C.1850’s British Army 1822 pattern Infantry Officer’s sword & scabbard by W. Buckmaster & Co.Steel 3 branched guard, with plain quillon, bevelled urn pommel & half chequered backstrap. 80cm long, slightly curved steel blade shows etchings to both sides, with Scottish thistles, strung bugle, V.R. royal cypher & trophies of arms etc, with polished maker mark for W.Buckmaster & Co. London. Sharpened & lightly nicked edge to lower spear point, usual with field use. Leather service scabbard retains the toned metal drag, again usual with these campaign swords. Overall length: 102cm.
