Twin-handled urn on pierced stand - with significant damage and repair to the main body of the urn. Squat ewer - in good condition. Bottle vase - with a chip to the foot. Pedestal ewer - broken and re-stuck.
A Royal Crown Derby Imari ewer, 25.5cm high, first quality, pattern no.1128; together with a Royal Crown Derby twin-handled vase and cover, 30cm high, and two Spode tygs, pattern no. 3801Condition report: Royal Crown Derby Ewer - good condition and 1st quality. Urn and cover - finial has been repaired and one handle has been repaired. One tyg with the foot broken and re-glued, the other is in good condition.

Medium pot pourri vase - the finial is restored and the inner rim of the cover broken into several pieces and repaired. The main body of the vase is in good condition. Smaller vase - section of the rim lost and another section of the rim broken into two and re-stuck. Cracks to the body and one leg re-stuck.

Rogers (Bruce).- Sterne (Laurence) A Sentimental Journey through France & Italy, number 312 of 335 copies designed by Bruce Rogers, William G.Mather's copy with presentation inscription from Bruce Rogers to Mathers on front free endpaper and his bookplate, specially bound for Mather in dark red morocco, both covers elaborately tooled in gilt with urn surmounted by a bird in centre of a panel with fan to head and foot, the whole within wide rich floral border, spine gilt with title and compartments of scalloped netting with flowers and seven raised bands, inner gilt dentelles, g.e., by the press bindery to Rogers' design, very slight rubbing to joints and corners, 8vo (c.240 x 150mm.), Boston & New York, printed at the Riverside Press of Cambridge, Ma. for Houghton Mifflin & Co., 1905.⁂ A stunning binding. Bruce Roger's inscription reads, "For William Gwinn Mather Esq, Cleveland, Ohio. This copy of Sterne's 'Sentimental Journey', printed at the Riverside Press, Cambridge, under my supervision, was also bound at Riverside in 1909 from my design, in the XVIII Century manner, and was the only copy so bound. Bruce Rogers Mount Vernon, N.Y. August 13, 1921".
