*Dolls. Three lavender bag dolls, circa 1900, three dolls composed of fabric and card, two in gauze dresses trimmed with ribbon and lace, with lavender in the bottom of the skirts, the other in a tail coat and bow tie, with lavender in the legs, dusty and some wear (card hand missing on one of the female dolls), together with a set of Russian wooden skittles, circa 1930s, seven (of 8?) plus king pin, painted predominantly in red and green, rubbed, king pin with ink stamp on base 'Made in Soviet Union', height 14cm/5.5ins (king pin 15.5cm/6ins), plus fifteen National Costume advertising figures, circa 1930s, colour-printed wooden figures, with six slotted wooden stands, each illustrating the national costume of a country (e.g. 'Rumania', 'Yugo-Slavia', 'Iceland', 'Czecho-Slovakia'), 'Germany' with costume illustration removed (during WWII?), printed on verso "Farmers' Glory" and with the country name and statistics, height 9cm (3.5ins) A collection of somewhat disparate but unusual juvenilia. The wooden figures were given away with Farmers' Glory Wheat Flakes, and there were apparently 36 to be collected in total. (3)
