A sapphire bow brooch, circa 1940, the stylised ribbon with graduated circular-cut sapphire highlights, the reverse stamped ‘18’, length 39mm. £340-£400 --- Condition Report General light surface wear commensurate with age and use. The sapphires are a medium blue hue and generally well matched; the smallest stone is a later replacement and the remaining three with light abrasion observed under 10x magnification and slightly darker.
