A vintage Yugin & Sons tailors dummy or mannequin. Female in form, stencilled number 12 and with Yugin bow logo, raised on an adjustable metal stand marked for Philip Harris & Co. Ltd. Birmingham. Dummy 91cm. Wear to the torso, cloth holed. Some slight damage to the foam core. The stand has no way of fixing separate heights and is associated to the dummy so some work required.

For your consideration is a primitive Montana rattlesnake hardwood long bow. This bow is made of a hard wood, either hickory or elm, limbs, and shows a hand carved notch with sewn leather grip. The original bow string is possible rawhide and shows a flemish twist which has braided loops on each end that gives it a beautiful, traditional look. The outer limbs are lined with a large Montana praire rattlesnake skin. The bow shows in good condition given age and use, with the rattlesnake skin beginning to peel off near to the gear. and measures approximately 67" in length with each rattlesnake skin measuring approximately 27".
For your consideration is this single 1927 Montana license plate and pair of 1935 Montana steel license plate. The 1927 license plate from Hill county and is marked MONT - 27 12-674and is green with black lettering; and the 1935 license plate from Silver Bow county and is marked 1 -293 Montana - 35 and is black with white lettering. The condition of this collection of is good showing good overall condition of the plates with slight oxidation adorning both the '27 plate and the '35 set of plates. The measurements of this these plates are 5 1/2" x 14" and 5 3/4" x 13 1/2".
This is an excellent carved wood polychrome painted bow from the Mandan Hidatsa Native Americans of the Missouri River region dating to the mid-19th Century. The piece shows a curved wood warrior’s bow which is expertly carved showing well made notches at the end, tapering design and slightly recurved pattern. The entire bow shows a brown pigment mineral paint with the outside edge showing a zig-zag river like red and yellow polychrome mineral pigment paint which extends the entity of the bow. On the inside edge a banded painted design. The bows is very similar to the example collected in 1845 from the Mandan of the Upper Missouri River at Fort Clark sold in our June 2020 sale and valued at $6,000. The piece shows very well-preserved condition and exceptional rare paint. Provenance: From a historic Eastern Montana American Indian Collection, where the piece was found to be an authentic original, one of the finest collections of American Indian weaponry and antiquities in Montana. Measures 49”L end to end and is about 1.5” by 1” thick.
A large Merrythought Golden Mohair Teddy bear. English 1980s, with brown eyes, black stitched nose, mouth, velvet pads, fully jointed. Light blue Ribbon Bow. 30” Length, 22” Arm to Arm. Attributed to J R Smith, a good quality 19th or early 20th century rocking horse with hand painted decoration, leather tack on bow rockers, bears plaque 'Restored By Anthony Dew, 1996, The Rocking Horse Shop, Fangfoss, York, England', approximately 103 cm (h), 136 cm (length between front and back hooves) and 188 cm (rocker length).
