Regatta of Sea Faring Republics Pisa ENIT Original vintage travel advertising poster for the Regatta of the Ancient Sea Faring Republics - Amalfi - Genova - Pisa - Venezia - in Pisa, Italy, on 1 June 1969. Colourful image of a wooden boat gliding fast through the water, an eagle figurehead on the bow and a rowing oar decked with the regional flags. This historical event also features a medieval costume parade. Good condition, folds, repaired tears on margin. Sport Poster, Italy, 1969, design by Previtali, size (cm)96.5x60.5.

A Victorian black faille and satin three-piece dress retailed by Palmer of London, comprising bodice, skirt and pantaloons, the boned bodice having a button-down front, full length sleeves and applied trimming, the skirt of conforming design with swagged tablier-type overlay and pendant bow, circa 1867 The skirt has been mildly altered in the early 1870s with the addition of buttons and eyes, these (when in use) convert the skirt to a more slender and layered appearance, in-keeping with changing fashions
