A violin with one piece back and a violin bow, housed in a brown carrying case, together with a brown leather covered vanity case CONDITION REPORTS Length of violin back excluding button approx. 35.5 cm, overall violin has quite a lot of wear, scuffs and scratches, quite a lot of chips and losses around edges, and some small splits around edges near the purfling, some chips and scratches to scroll, some craqueleur to glaze, some scratches to back, and possible small hairline along the grain, crack to side near chin rest area. Bow very worn and scuffed, and has some slight warping, and windings unravelled.

Wear, scratches, scuffs, various chips. Splits and repairs to scroll, repairs to neck, various chips and repairs and touch up varnish to edges. Table appears slightly uneven in shape. Finger board appears to have been replaced.

CONDITION REPORT: SOme staining and scratching to upper surface, some minor losses and replacements to woods, handles replacements, otherwise wear typical of age.
A Regency style mahogany bookcase on base, a pair of doors with arching astragal glazing on a bow fronted base, with central drawer flanked by a pair of deeper drawers, raised on tapering square section legs. h. 200 cm, w. 99 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Good with some light surface wear and scratching, but otherwise appears to be good.
