A late 19th century French bronze and gilt brass figural comport, the bow with floral encrusting, supported on a stem modelled as a kneeling female figure, 18cm H (as found) CONDITION REPORT: Saucer is fixed to the base and it is not possible to see the underside of the saucer. Saucer with some rubbing to gilding, crazed and with some light surface scratches. One of the flower heads is detached (some chips to this). Two of the other flowers heads with a chip, a couple of the others with tiny nibbles. General Tarnishing and patina to metal surface.
