Bogenschützen-Automat Karakuri Ningyo "Yumi-Hiki Doji", um 2002Gakken Otona no Kagaku, Japan. Kunststofffigur mit beweglichem Kopf, linkem Arm mit Bogen, rechtem Ellbogen und Daumen mit Köcher, Federmotor im Sockel, Schlüssel, sechs Pfeile und verstellbarer Zielscheibe, Höhe einschließlich Bogen in aufrechter Position 28 cm, in dazugehörender Holzschachtel, Maße 23,5 x 18,5 x 31,5 cm, funktionstüchtig, aber justierungsbedürftig, eine Schließe fehlt. - Nach einem Entwurf von Hisashige Tanaka aus der Edo-Periode hebt der Bogenschütze einen Pfeil aus dem Köcher und fixiert ihn mit dem Daumen, er spannt den Bogen in der linken Hand, dreht den Kopf, richtet den Pfeil aus, zielt und schießt. Some scratches, stains and scuffs to the paintwork and bodies on all the puppets. Cat is missing its original red bow and has a green one instead. Duck is missing its felt tongue and tail.
