The moulding includes the bow of the ship. The Montegrappa silver fountain pen pays homage to the Italian navy vessel, Ship Vespucci, which was the most beautiful ship in the world by the crew of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in the late 1950s.

Durchmesser ohne Krone gemessen ca. 46mm. | E. GÜBELIN LUCERNE ancient open face pocket watch with hound dog motif, ca. 1930s. Case 18K gold, including dust cover. Backside with enamel hound dog motif in good condition. Manual wound movement decorated with Geneva stripes, working, not checked for power reserve nor accuracy. Two tone metal dial, signed E. GÜBELIN LUCERNE. Serial number 955061 (on both covers and movement holder). Visible signs of wear on case and crystal, wear on bow. Matching case enclosed, with signs of use. 46mm diameter measured without crown.
