A pair of late 19th century Continental porcelain figures of Japanese women, one dancing with a fan, the second playing a musical instrument on pierced stepped base, both with painted blue crossed sword marks and conjoined 'HN' painted marks, height 25.5cm and 26.5cm (af).Additional InformationBoth have had restoration to the neck and head, the figure with an instrument has been restored through the figure as well as her bow. The dancing figure has had the left arm restored as well as the fan and a small chip restored to the base. Small fleck losses to the paint in parts.
A late 19th/early 20th century Continental centre piece featuring encrusted foliage throughout and lady and gentlemen to column both holding baskets of flowers and dead game, blue underglaze mark to base, height 48cm (af).Additional InformationThere has been extensive restoration throughout in too many places to detail but includes bowl, bow tie of the gentlemen and further throughout as well as damage and loses to the foliage with further wear and tear throughout.

The mirror in better condition, general wear, a split to the veneer on the reverse of the mirror and further scuffs and scrapes.

A British Officer's Dress Sword, having plain single fullered blade, three band knickle bow, complete with black painted steel scabbardscabbard generally good, no obvious dents or damage, both blade and scabbard seem straight, blade 82cm and scabbard 85cm, pommel seems good, no wires on grip, no visible makers marks
A 19th century Spanish miquelet percussion belt carbine with belled muzzle, by Francisco Barreneckea, Eibar, 25” overall, 2 stage barrel 13”, the octagonal breech impressed with maker’s poincons, 3 gold inlaid marks (worn), and a calvary cross, also with faint traces of silver inlaid maker’s name; the lock signed in flowing script; plain walnut half stock with ‘Catalan’ butt; brass mounts, the trigger guard bow deeply embossed with grotesque mask; with 6” steel belt hook on left side, and replacement ramrod. GC (action fails to hold on full cock, scrolled hand grip lacking from rear of trigger guard). Note: Neal lists this maker c 1846. Plate 12
