A good late 19th Century bone and ivory quayside model of the Orient Steamship Scott, the fully detailed deck with flying bridge and figures of passengers and crew on a plank and pinned hull on a mirrored waterline base, the ship moored to a wooden model quayside with hand painted ivory figures of passengers and onlookers, contained within carved and glazed mahogany case, 57cm x 26cm x 27cm. *Notes - Named Scott to the bow and Orient to the stern, this is most probably the Orient, though under a French flag she appears to be flying the colours for P McAllum & Sons Ltd.
