An early 20th century mahogany corner display cabinet, the upper part with foliate scrolled side panels, two rectangular bevelled edge mirrors and bow fronted display shelves and the lower part enclosed by a pair of glazed doors with foliate scrolled bars, above a moulded and shaped apron on serpentine legs with under tier (as viewed glass panel missing 67cms wide).
A late 19th Century French gilt and patinated Bronze metal mounted white marble Clock Garniture, the plinth-shaped case surmounted by classical trophies amongst floral and foliage swag detail, on a waisted pedestal, to a broken plinth base, and mounted with a standing figure of cupid with his bow to the right hand side, and raised on five foliate and fluted feet, to a beaded bezel with convex glass enclosing a 3 ½” Arabic enamel dial, with outside minute track and quarters, detailed with floral swags and further pierced and stamped gilt hands, to a circular brass movement with back mounted count wheel and anchor escapement, strike on a bell, height 17”, and flanked by a pair of similarly decorated three light candelabra of naturalistic scrolling form, each flanked by a putto to similar square section base (3) (ILLUSTRATED INSIDE BACK COVER)
