A fern green silk velvet dress and coat, 1930s, the dress with leg-o-mutton sleeves with tight button wrists, draped at the waist to smocking on the hip, the matching coat with asymmetric single button fastening, also a black crepe evening gown, 1930s, with black sequin and bead detail to the yoke and draping to the waist, together with a black silk velvet evening cape, 1930s, by John K. Hubbard Ltd, Worthing, with scalloped collar and paste bow buckle clasp at neck. (4) CONDITION REPORT: Green dress and coat: fading and some stains, some separation at seams, small rips. Black dress: generally good with minor bead loss. Cape: generally good condition.

A 19th century mahogany bow front chest, of two short and three graduated long drawers, on bracket feet, 114 cm wide Condition report Report by MW General wear commensurate with age, the top has several small knocks, bruising and marks commensurate with age. There is also a couple of shrinkage splits and the top is slightly warped with a rippled surface. The left hand side panel of the chest of drawers has several shrinkage splits likewise the right hand side also on the edges of the top there are some new pieces of veneer added in. Also on the left hand corner of the top there is a small area of veneer missing on the outside edge approx. half an inch in length. The front of the chest of drawers has had a couple of pieces of veneer replaced and it is slightly faded due to sunlight damage. The handles have been replaced.
