In excellent condition, the leather backing and strut rather faded and stained, the mounts and the tortoiseshell undamaged. An attractive example.

In generally overall condition and of attractive colour, the front slightly faded, the handles replaced and two loops missing, a short scratch on the top

A George III mahogany bow fronted secretaire-bookcase, line inlaid throughout, having cavetto cornice and fitted with adjustable shelves enclosed by a pair of doors with triple arched glazing bars, the fully fitted secretaire veneered in sycamore and with a central harewood ground paterae to the door, three graduated drawers below, on bracket feet, 228cm h, 107cm w . The front a little faded and with old minor discoloured scratches and other marks, a crack in one of the glass panes, a married piece the upper and lower parts being associated but well matched

One chair rather faded and with a split in the arm bow and old replacement back legs, the second chair with some old worm damage in the edge of the seat but in sound original condition

A Derby group of a boy and girl dancing a reel, after the Sevres biscuit original of La Dance al la Monde by Etienne-Maurice Falconet, the boy in a black hat with turquoise bow and open coat with pale yellow breeches, his companion in a puce bodice, apron and gilt trimmed skirt, on sprigged rocky green base, 14. 5cm h, William Duesbury & Co, incised 46, patch marks, c1770-75 . Old, rather unsightly restoration to the necks of both figures which could probably be considerably improved upon. An attractive group of the early part of the patch mark period. No other damage nor is there any "professional' restoration.

A pair of Bow figures of children with baskets, the boy wearing a long puce cap and floretted open coat with blue apron, his companion with flowers in her mop cap and a flowered green dress with purple shoes, both standing before a forked floral bocage on a puce and gilt scrolling mound, 12. 5cm h, c1765. Typical minor losses, the boy's head cleanly broken off and amateurishly glued back into position but no serious losses and no "restoration' (See lot 216 for illustration).

Bow plate - restored. Coalport plate - with wear to the gilding. The two other plates in the lot in fine condition
