An Edwardian white paste brooch, circa 1900, the garland, swag and ribbon bow motif set throughout with white paste, in white millegrain settings, measures 12.5cm by 9.8cm, in a fitted case by T.N Long & Co Cardiff (a.f.)Condition report: The brooch is in poor condition, one part is detached. It fastens with two pin and C-hooks. It is stamped '925' and in our opinion would test as silver. Gross weight 27.2 grams. CR made 28.10.21.

It fastens with a lobster claw catch. The pendant bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The pendant is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'S-LC', Birmingham. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 3.8 grams. CR made 29.10.21.

A German violin labelled "copy of a Joseph Guaharius" in a coffin case with bowCondition report: Bow needs re-stringing. Main body of violin with numerous scratches, but no cracks. Neck looks OK. Pegs and scroll with scratches but otherwise OK. Bridge is lacking. Tailpiece is loose and has mother-of-pearl inlay, some of which is loose also. The center bout bridge on the right-hand side has a small chip. Violin is 60cm long.
