An Edwardian Diamond and Peridot Brooch, the oval cut peridot in yellow claws suspended within a diamond frame of floral and bow motifs, with a diamond row from the base, total estimated diamond weight 0.50 carat approximately, measures 2.6cm by 4cm see illustration . The brooch is in good condition, other than a rough area to the top that possibly once linked to a pendant mount. The peridot is scuffed. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch. It bears no hallmark, nor stamps. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 5.6 grams. CR 31.01.19

The board of 'St Monance, Fife' on the other hand has a noticeably concave bow and is uneven at the lower right edge. .

On close inspection there are very small areas of tiny cracking in the pigment in the fruit and the gloves. The panel appears to have a slightly convex bow.

Neck of cello broken and restuck, chip to end of bow and on back of jacket. harp player - missing most of harp, one big toe badly restored. music book woman - missing fingers to both hands, chips to base and to the ruffles on arms of dress. . Band (scissor mark) . clarinet player - clarinet broken and restored. Sousaphone player - arm holding horn broken off but we have. Other arm missing. trumpet player - intact, gilt rubbed. cello player - end of cello missing, end of bow broken and restuck. drum player - intact, some black missing under feather on hat. violin player - bow restored, otherwise ok. bagpipe player - intact. oboe player - feather on turban restored, gilt rubbed, otherwise ok. . Smaller figures. woman green dress - Arm, book and feet restored, marked R to base. woman pink dress - left arm restored, chips to bonnet, frills and base. purple coat - hands and arms restored crack to wig, . sousaphone player - chips to back of instrument, marked R to base. Oboe player -instrument broken at both ends and restored, feather on turban restored, pseudo crossed sword mark. larger female - one foot restored, chips to other foot, thumb restored, chips to cuffs. Conductor pink coat - missing baton, one hand off but we have it.

A VICTORIAN TURQUOISE AND ROSE CUT DIAMOND BRACELET made in bright yellow metal, with engraved bow detail, there is no clasp per se, but can be lengthened and shortened to fit over the hand with a gold screw head to the reverse, approx inner diameter 6.5cm. With original fitted box. Weight 74.9gms Condition Report: One of the dangly turquoise is chipped at the pointed end. All turquoises (still a good colour) and diamonds in situ. gold has a lovely bloomed texture. Complicated clasp system! Original box good.
Late 19th century bow-fronted glazed display cabinet, 168cm x 115cm x 45cm.. Glass no damage found, some may have been replaced but impossible to tell, structurally sound but door is a little stiff, scratches and light wear throughout due to use, slight variation of colour due to sunlight, two glass shelves.
