A Devonshire Militia (?) Officer's sword or spadroon, 82.5cm blade engraved I = WOOLEY = BIRM'M on the back edge, characteristic polished steel hilt with D-shaped knuckle bow and looping sideguard, the latter pierced with scrolling foliage and chiselled to the edge, castellated pommel with faceted tang button, tapering reeded ivory grip with steel straps to either side, the outer strap engraved DM in script.

Good mid 19th century diamond brooch pendant with an old-cut oval brilliant approximately 10mm x 8mm, approximately 3ct, and thirteen smaller brilliants in solid setting within a detachable band of eighteen larger brilliants with pear-shaped drop dependant from a bow of other brilliants with blue and green enamelled loop, in gold fronted with silver, platinum trace necklet, in fitted case.
