A CHARMING NORAH WELLING CLOTH BOY DOLL with brown painted side glancing eyes, pressed felt face with blonde mohair wig, swivel head, jointed felt body, red velvet shorts with braces and bow, cream satin shirt, socks, black oil-cloth shoes and label on foot, 1930s, 18.1/2in. (47cm) high (slightly dirty and moth nibble to top lip).
LSWR Chronometer Pocket Watch beautifully engraved on the rear `L.S.W.R. No 5 Carr: Dept. Unmarked Swiss chronograph movement, the white enamel dial with red tachymetric scale around outer edge marked `Miles Per Hour From 1/4 Mile Distance`. Steel case with gilt bezel edge, hinge, winding crown, bow and chronograph button. White enamel dial with centre seconds, fly back chronograph, sunken sub dials for minute recording and continuous seconds, Roman numerals with steel hands. In excellent working condition except for the hour and minute hand not appearing to properly set. May require servicing but chronometer works fine. A scarce and unique survivor.

Fitted for radio control and with substantial twin cylinder marine engine with chain drive to paddles and with hand water pump, engine fed from Stuart vertical, clad boiler with supply tank in bow. A paste set 18th century style brooch, designed as a bow suspending a bird with coloured foliage in its beak, all set in white metal, within fitted case, 8cm wide and a further paste set oval brooch With accompanying provenance; This brooch was a leaving gift to Miss Mary Moller from The Old Vic and Sadler`s Wells Committee in September 1950, along with a letter from Lady Violet Bonham Carter to Miss Moller expressing her disappointment at not being able to attend the presentation of the brooch.
