Yakshini - plinth corners upturned, some age wear and weathering.

A mixed group of bronze items comprising: a pin with polyhedral head, organic inserts; two ansate bow brooches with triangular head- and footplate; an ansate brooch with discoid head- and footplate; an ansate brooch with lozengiform head- and footplate, triskele motif; a D-shaped buckle with cruciform void to the plaque; a barrel-shaped weight with facetted outer face, each with a ring-and-dot. 105 grams total, 20-68mm (3/4 - 2 3/4"). A group of archery items comprising: a leather-covered composite bow with beast-head nocks, sinew(?) bowstring, leather reinforcing to the belly and limbs, decorative studs; two light arrows with socketed heads, one with whipped fletching; a horseman's canvas bow-case with metal frame, decorative studs to both faces. 1.5 kg total, bow: 111cm (43 1/2"). Ex Sutherland collection; acquired 1990s.[4, No Reserve] Fair condition; one set of fletchings absent.

A mixed group of bronze items comprising: three Colchester-type bow brooches; a dolphin-type bow brooch; a Polden Hill-type bow brooch; a duck plate brooch with incised feather detail to the wings; an Alesia-type bow brooch with pierced lug to the footplate; a lion-head dagger pommel; a crescentic stud with scrolled finials; a dolphin-shaped mount. 72 grams total, 24-62mm (1 - 2 1/2"). A mixed group comprising: three Roman bronze key bows and fragments of palmette form; four Roman bronze key shanks with bitted wards; a medieval casket key; a medieval lozenge key bow; two Victorian barrel keys with hexagonal void to the bow; two bronze winder keys; a Victorian steel with balustered shank; a Roman bronze padlock; a keyhole escutcheon with reserved floral detail on a hatched field. 341 grams total, 37-83mm (1 1/2 - 3 1/4"). A mixed group comprising: the bow and foot of a small cruciform brooch; a hooked tag; an openwork bronze mount; an Urnes style strap end; an Anglo-Scandinavian harness mount; a stirrup mount of Class B with angled ledge; a mount fragment with facing bear-mask; a brooch pin with cranked finial; a square weight with three ring-and-dot motifs; a hollow beast-head finial; a beast-head strap end; four pin terminals, polyhedral and writhen types; three Anglo-Norman rectangular buckle plates with champ levé beasts; nine tongue-shaped strap ends with beast-head detailing; a Bronze Age(?) penannular ring. 201 grams total, 13-82mm (1/2 - 3 1/4").
