Circa 1930's six room doll house 'Rose Villa'. Front opening with removable facade, three of the rooms have original 1930's wallpaper. Tin windows, bow fronted windows to the ground floor. Entrance has three steps flanked by two pots with plants, been adapted for electricity, 73cms by 46cms by 58cms.
* An "Owen Davidson" tennis racket, manufactured by A. G. Spalding & Bros., Belgium, c. 1960s, the wooden frame with white ash bow, finished in gold, burgundy and white, with transfer-print portrait of Davidson, length 68.5 cm, together with a "Top-Flite" racket by Spalding (U.K.), c. 1968, the wooden frame finished in white and black with manufacturer's transfer-print labels (indicates rough/smooth on handle), length 68.5 cm Both in good original condition. A first period Worcester porcelain mug, decorated an oval coloured landscape and sprays of flowers and blue gilt borders, the handle replaced in painted pewter. 5in. (12.5cm.) high. Together with a Bow quail pattern octagonal plate, borders damaged. 7in. (18cm.) diameter and a Lowestoft cream jug, with sparrow beak spout and scroll handle, decorated flowers. 3.5in. (9cm.) high.
