A Georgian Yeomanry Officer's Sword, the 81cm single edge curved fullered steel blade engraved with crowned GR cypher and tendrils, the back edge engraved F J Runkel, Solingen, gilt brass stirrup hilt with langets applied with lion masks, with facetted knuckle bow and lion head pommel, with chequered ivory grip, lacks scabbard, 95.5cm. Black patching and deep pitting to blade. Three small cracks to grip running down from the pommel. Wear to the gilding.
A 19th Century Cup-Hilt Rapier in the 17th Century Style, the 98.5cm diamond section double edge steel blade with rounded tip, the sheet steel cup-hilt pierced and embossed with panels of leaves and with rolled and scalloped edge, with plaited wire bound wrythen fluted grip, curved knuckle bow, long crossguard with button quillons, and with fluted cap shape pommel, 118cm. Grey patching to surface of blade. Fine pitting all over. Split to cup-hilt through scalloped edge.
An 18th Century Indian Khanda, the 75.5cm single edge triple fulllered steel blade double edged for the last 23cm and with traces of an armourer's mark, the Hindu basket hilt with foliate koftgari decoration to the pierced shaped langets, flowerhead quillons, disc pommel and curved facetted spike, with leather bound grip, lacks scabbard . Pitting to blade and hilt. Wear to the decoration. Repair to the knuckle bow.
An 18th/19th Century Indian Khanjali, the 21cm double edge curved and fullered steel blade with raised reinforced rib and swollen tip, with traces of gold koftgari decoration to the ricasso, the ivory hilt with lunette pommel and faintly gilded steel knuckle bow with animal head finial, the blue velvet scabbard with silver gilt pierced foliate filigree locket and chape, 36cm. Blade with areas of grey patching. The original gilt decoration to the scabbard and hilt is worn. The ivory grip scales and lunette pommel hav fine age cracks. The pile is worn on the velvet scabbard and there is a split to one edge

Together with three pieces of Chinese embroidery to include; two similar (one on fuschia one red background) with embroidered blue flowers and moths and a yellow background crewel work embroidered flowers, moths and birds and two wooden sticks. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Chinese panels are all off-cuts and have rough edges (probably been cut off something larger). The orange panel is a bit faded but the embroidery is in good condition. Red panel - some wear/damage to the embroidery. Fuschia panel - minor wear to the embroidery in places. Printed silk scarves - all generally good with some minor wear and some small marks. Venice scarf - might not be silk, slightly frayed edges but otherwise good. Sheer scarves - creased but good condition. sheer scarf with black lace has small stain. Collars - one has small brown stain otherwise good (with rough edges)Ribbon - crumpled at end and some loose ends but otherwise goodPaper packet - worn with age and some crumplingNet item and handkerchiefs - no obvious damageSticks - some wear

A BOXED CHAD VALLEY SNOW WHITE DOLL, with part boxed Doc and smaller Bashful dwarf dolls, 1930's felt and cloth dolls with painted features, Snow White has original dress, knickers, shoes and bow but is missing cape, dwarfs outfits appear complete, clothing all in fairly good condition with some minor marks, yellowing and wear to Cinderellas dress, colours on dwarf clothing still bright and crisp, all in original boxes (one for Doc missing lid), with Chad Valley Hygenic Textile Toys label to one end (label for Bashful damaged) showing the name of the doll contained and catalogue number in some cases, boxes retain string for securing the dolls but all have damage and wear, the two dwarf figures retain their original card swing name tags, height of Snow White approximately 44cm, height of Doc approximately 27cm and height of Bashful approximately 17cm (3)
