An 18 carat yellow gold demi hunter pocket watch, the white enamel dial having a roman numeral chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial in plain polished front outer cover and engine turned and crest engraved back cover, metal inner case, top wind movement with metal bow, diameter of dial 40mm, case 47mm, gross weight approximately 71.2gms, watch winds freely and is running at present time although no guarantee is given, the case is in a poor worn condition, light gauge front cover, bubble glass, inner glass and hour hand missing.

A rare pair of believed 18th / early 19th century elm wood Windsor chairs ( armchairs ) Each chair with cabriole legs united by inverted bow stretchers supporting saddle style carved seats. Above, rare unusual gothic window arch back rests with pierced and lattice work panels flanked by scrolled elbow rests. The chairs having been stored in an attic for a very long time by the vendor, one leg partially missing to one with some old repairs elsewhere on both chairs.
