Tapering ferrule decorated with floral motifs in bass-relief. Short straps. Octagonal, wooden haft decorated with metal rosettes and green tassel. height 233 cm.

Wooden, spiral grip. Leather scabbard with brass mounts. length 36.8 cm.

Briar-root, full stocks (small repairs), embossed with floral motifs and steel mounts, finely engraved, chiselled and partially gilded. Pierced counter-plates and with bust, trigger-guards with a figure, big butt-plates with three masks among the flower crown. Iron-tipped wooden ramrods. length 44 cm.
dating: late 18th Century provenance: Tuscany, Smooth-bore, two-stage, damascened, 17 mm cal. barrel, first part octagonal with Mantellassi in Pistoia marks, gold-inlaid among seven lilies, swallowtailed, silver fore-sight; fine, snaphaunce lock, plate, cock and batterie engraved with floral motifs, cock's screw with medallion, chiselled with a bust in bass-relief; wooden, half stock with checkered palm-rest and grip, silver mounts, smooth trigger-guard, counter-plate engraved with a hunter, and hound chasing a deer in front of a village and in the country side; butt-plate and barrel bracket engraved with floral motifs. Silver escutcheon of lozenge section on the back, with monogram 'GB'. Horn-tipped wooden ramrod. length 140 cm.
