Much as made with some original colour remaining, an interesting specimen. It appears that the obverse and reverse were struck independently. The obverse was struck first and then laid flat on a metal surface (or a surface covered with a thin layer of leather or similar fabric). The reverse was then struck. The result being an expanded and diffuse obverse paired with a perfect reverse.
