A 9ct gold and shell cameo brooch, bust portrait of a lady, an 18ct gold and diamond set stick pin in a surround of black and white enamel, a Stolkace 9ct gold square cased wristwatch, silvered dial, subsidiary seconds dial, leather strap, silver novelty game pendant, Birmingham 1889, and a plated tie slide with safety chain.
A silver and enamel octagonal powder compact with engine turned decoration, applied with the Paratroop Regiment crest on a red and blue enamelled diagonal stripe, Birmingham 1950, together with a silver cylindrical pill box, embossed with a bust portrait of Queen Anne and initials `AR`, and a toy model of a birdcage and stand.
Felix Weiss [de Weldon] - an early/mid-20th Century green and brown patinated cast bronze portrait bust of an elderly gentleman, possibly Lord Allenby, cast with signature and date `Felix Weiss 1933`, height approx 35cm, raised on a stepped wooden plinth. Note: Felix Weiss de Weldon was born in Vienna in 1907. He became a world famous sculptor in the 1930s and beyond with commissions to sculpt many of the famous figures of the world, including the silver jubilee bust of King George V, Edward VIII, George VI, President John F. Kennedy, Elvis Presley and Benjamin Franklin. Weiss became an American citizen in 1945 after serving in the U.S. Navy during the Second World War. He is best known for the Iwo Jima U.S. Marine Corps memorial outside the walls of Arlington Cemetery, which he was commissioned to construct by the Congress of the United States after the conclusion of the Second World War.
An exceptional and very rare emerald cameo and diamond brooch, the central large emerald of approx 10 ct carved into a female bust portrait in the classical style. In our opinion the carving is at least Regency and possibly much older, and set in a late 19thC/early 20thC gold and set with diamond and surround with complementary rope twist and beaded swags and borders. The central emerald is approx 21.2mm long, 16mm wide, has an estimated maximum depth of 10mm and average depth of 6-7mm
A rare named pearlware bust of Zingore, early 19th century, the girl with downcast gaze, a yellow ribbon and green diadem fixing her braided hair, yellow-spotted green dress and black-marbled base, handwritten name on the underside, very minor chips, 27.1cm WS CONDITION REPORT: FROM THE WILFRED J SAINSBURY COLLECTION.
