CONDITION REPORT: Armpit to armpit 34cm Small minor loss to the beadwork at the bust area, this is only noticeable on very close inspection Small minor loss to the blue sequins and thread, very minor and only noticeable on very close inspection Three very small holes to the back of the dress, each approx, 0.3cm diam. Minor loss to the thread at the hem and top of the slits at the sides.

Philip I 244-249 A.D. colonial bronze of c.29mm., of Syria; Seleucis and Pieria, Antioch ad Orontem, obverse:- Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, reverse:- Veiled and turreted bust of the City Goddess, right, ram running right, above, Sear GIC 3959, both dies very slightly off centre but nice even sharp strike with an even brown patina, good style and unusually fine GEF
