At the base of the design an aeroplane propeller, two bladed, positioned horizontally above an ornate scroll-edged exergue line. Perched at either end of the propeller an eagle, each holding in its beak the respective ends of a laurel garland which is ornamentally draped around the propeller exergue, scribed 'Wo Mut und Kraft in Deutscher Seele Flammen 1914-1916' both very fine - Est £40 - £60
