It would appear to be bead staining / discolouration rather than loss and replacement. There are a few loose threads including one to the hem and the other to central areas of the dress.  General wear and small losses, scuffs to the beads, general wear to the materials, as to be expected with use and age. The maximum measurement at the bust is 43.5cm across. This is the same down to the hips (where the 'V' shaped grey beaded pattern meets the edges).  See additional images and please request more, if needed.

Leveritt Sc.', 60cm high ARRWinifred Leveritt was a sculptor active in London between the 1920’s and the 1940's. She participated in the 15th exhibition of the Arts and Crafts Exhibition Society at the Royal Academy in London in 1931. The fleur-de-lys on her dress is the Anjou smbol and the griffin on her hat is the coat of arms of the Affaitati family, an ancient Italian family. The latin inscription says 'Altissima' confirming that this bronze is portrait of Johanna when she was a countess and before she became Queen.
