A Russian silver bust of Emperor Nicholas 1st on granite base, in the form of a portrait bust of an officer of the Imperial Russian Chevalier Guard, with title “NIKOLAY I” in Cyrillic, on granite pedestal base applied with “100” in wreath presumably alluding to the centenary of the regiment (regiment formed 1800, disbanded 1918) The bust bearing the Russian marks for St. Petersburg, Morozov and assay Aleksandr Timofeevich Shevyakov, double eagle warrant, 84 and 1896. Approx 147 troy oz (including granite base.) The silver bust only measures H 33.5 cm
