The base bears the painted makers details Irenie Dodo Design Made In England. Dodo Design was a company based in Covent Garden most famous for commissioning Peter Blake to produce the iconic Babe Rainbow tinplate poster in 1968. The bust additionally has a scarf tied about the neck designed by Chester Martin, London.
