As struck with full original mint lustre and bloom, Encapsulated and graded by PCGS as MS64+RD. Superb.

Anne (1702-1714), Sixpence, 1705, Plumes, draped bust left, legend surrounding ANNA DEI GRATIA. Rev, pre-union crowned cruciform late shields, five strings to Irish harp, garter star at centre, roses and plumes in alternate angles, date flanking top crown, legend reads MAG BR FRA ET HIB REG (S.3593; ESC. 1584A; Bull 1449 R). Some contact marks, pleasing very fine with subtle reflective fields.

Distressed tone, bold fine near very fine.

Good very fine, bold and well struck.
Egypt, Mehemet Ali (Mohammad Ali) Pasha (1769?1849), founder of modern Egypt, 1840, Copper Medal (58mm/75gm) by A. J. Stothard. Bust three-quarters left, with flowing beard and wearing fez. Rev, FROM THE COMMITTEE THE FRIEND OF SCIENCE COMMERCE & ORDER WHO PROTECTED THE SUBJECTS AND PROPERTY OF ADVERSE POWERS AND KEPT OPEN THE OVERLAND ROUTE TO INDIA 1840, in ten lines, crossed palm leaves below. A few edge knocks, otherwise Good Very Fine and nicely patinated, scarce.Mohammad Ali, the Ottoman Sultan’s Viceroy, was appointed as Egypt’s Governor on May 17, 1805 and ruled Egypt till September 1848. The obverse bust is based on the famous portrait by Sir David Wilkie, painted in Alexandria in 1840. Wilkie had been travelling in the Middle East and died in 1841 at Gibraltar, never completing the journey home.

Anne (1702-1714), Pattern Farthing, 1714, by J. Croker, 1714, struck in copper on a small flan 21mm, dies 2 + E, draped bust facing left, legend reads ANNA DEI – GRATIA. Rev, Britannia seated left on globe, legend reads BRITAN-NIA, edge plain, date in double lined exergue (S.3625; BMC 741). Near extremely fine with a pleasing patina, scarce.

Both extremely fine, toned (2).

Some flatness with a strong portrait, about very fine, for issue with eye appeal.

Extremely Fine and handsomely toned, an att ractive piece with integral suspension loop.
