COPELAND; a Parian bust of the second Duke of Sutherland raised on socle base, impressed marks, height 38cm.Additional InformationSomething is rattling inside the figure and there is an area of damage to the base where the screw thread comes in but this is to the socle itself. A couple of stained very fine hairlines around the base, otherwise general surface wear.
Coronation 1902, Natal issue, 51mm, silver, the obverse featuring the crowned bust of King Edward VII facing right, the reverse featuring the Royal Arms of Great Britain with supporters above, and wildebeests of Natal below, the base inscribed ‘Colony of Natal June 26th 1902’, pierced with claw suspension removed, edge bruising and contact marks, therefore fair to fine, rare £80-£100 --- The Coronation Medal awarded by the Colony of Natal was produced by Joseph & Sons, Port Elizabeth, and was issued in two sizes. The larger medal, 51mm, was awarded to around 200 Native Zulu Chiefs, and the smaller medal, 29mm, was more liberally awarded to local dignitaries.

A plaster bust of a gentleman, early 20th century, upon a square wooden base, approximately 35cm high CONDITION REPORT:The piece shows a scratch to the nose approximately 10mm long, and the odd chip and nibble to the highpoints of the hair. There is a small degree of movement between the bust and the base, resulting in some small losses around the bottom edges. The wooden base shows a loss to the front edge approximately 2cm long, age related surface wear and plaster residue.
