An early 20th century bronze garden six-light candelabra, of scroll form, surmounted by a pair of classical figures, one blowing a horn, the other with a symbol, the stem cast with a portrait bust of Orlando Gibbons and the date 1583-1625, the reverse with an inscription ' IN MEMORY OF CHRISTOPHER TYE AND ORLANDO GIBBONS CHORISTERS GIVEN BY FRIENDS OF THE CHAPEL 1924', 194.7cm high, 101.3cm wide.

Intricately decorated down to the lace in her bodice and ruffles in his open shirt, these figures depict the imaginary vision of bucolic French country folk - young female in three quarters length blouse, open neck to bust line, lace collaret around neck, large print flower medallions ornaments her tight waist coat and lace bodice. She holds a pale yellow apron with lace edge which sits atop two more layers of patterned dress, her pink buckled slippers showing just out from under her petticoat. She is feeding doves from her apron clutched in one hand and the other feeding the birds that are individually modeled and sit at her feet pecking the seed.The realistic grain swaddled in her billowing apron shows the depth of care that took to make these. Peasant gentleman standing contra pasto looking at man's most loyal friend. The man holds a treat in his raised right coaxing the brown and white canine to beg or sit. He cradles his large brim brown hat under this same arm. He wears the same elaborate large print rose medallion material as his female companion for his coat with an unbuttoned ruffled shirt underneath.His dress is completed with a gilt edged, stippled pattern waistcoat over purplish striped trousers, white hosiery and brown slippers with elaborate bow. A leather satchel with orange strap hangs from his right shoulder with one hand inside to procure treats for his gentle beast. A supportive brocage tree stump anchors his back leg. Modeled in Parian porcelain, evoking the look of Paros marble.A classical inspired portrait bust in Parian of Field Marshal Colin Campbell, 1st Baron Clyde, (1792–1863), British Army officer and a Commander-in-Chief of British forces in India during the Indian Mutiny of 1857. A hero and a favorite of Queen Victoria, he was raised to the peerage as Baron Clyde in 1858. This impressive bust dates from that year. No factory marks but not unusual. Wooden, full stocks (restores) with iron mounts, decorated with busts and floral motifs in bass-relief, pierced counter-plates. Iron-tipped wooden ramrods. Iron parts are very cleaned. Rare pair for a left-handed person. length 38 cm.
dating: Late 19th Century provenance: Indopersia, The smallest with double-edged blade, engraved with a bust, snake and symbols (inscriptions?). Tapering ferrule in damask. The other with fine, triple tip, undulated external blades, with base finely engraved with floral motifs, partially inlaid in silver. Long, tapering ferrule. height 44 - 60 cm.

STBVA' under a cross and among the stars, of sixteen facets after a segment, round and with moulded muzzle, finished; engraved tang; flintlock, finely engraved and slightly chiselled; wooden, full stock with brass mounts, counter-plate pierced with snakes and bust, butt-plate with a big mask in bass-relief and escutcheon, with a fine bust under a mask. Wooden ramrod. length 51 cm.
dating: about 1580 provenance: North Italy, In iron, composed of thirteen, riveted plates, the first provided with three buckles and engraved as the following eleven, decorative elements on a grained and gilded ground. Briar-root, full stock, slightly embossed with profiling. Iron mounts, engraved with floral motifs, elegant counter-plate, engraved and embossed with thin branches; butt-plate with a beautiful mask. Back part with a small escutcheon, engraved with a face. Horn-tipped wooden ramrod. length 28.5 cm.
