With the obverse bearing the bust of the King & Queen facing left, LL:MM. Albert et Elisabeth legend. The reverse has Generosite-Amerique. Belgian- Gratitude legend surrounding a semi naked Liberty holding a corn sheaf, a naked man and seated woman with a baby and a USA ship in the background showing the name 'Relief' on the prow.
