Tune change each day. Annual dial showing Saints/Apostles/Feast Days. Mahogany cased. Height 94 ins. PROVENANCE-Originally purchased by the current owners in 1974 (see illustration).

A George III oak longcase clock by Wilkinson of Wigton, with moulded cornice above a glazed door enclosing the 11.5 inch square brass dial inscribed "Wilkinson, Wigton", with date aperture and Roman numerals to the chapter ring, flanked by turned columns, with long trunk door crossbanded and flanked by fluted quarter column and with conforming base with canted angles.
