Dial doesn't quite fit into the wood so would assume they have been put together at some stage. No provenance supplied. The clock is sold by a private vendor.

With square brass dial, having pierced spandrels, silvered chapter ring, engraved with scrollwork and incorporating a subsidiary seconds dial. Having open pediment, blind fret carving and reeded columns repeated flanking the main trunk, with strung inlay and raised on bracket supports, housing an eight day movement striking hourly on a bell, 237cm high. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Case in good order, no signs of wood worm. Dial tarnished. Sold with matched weights and two pendulums.
