VICTORIAN MAHOGANY DRUMHEAD LONGCASE CLOCK,by R.L. Hill of Paisley, with two trai eight day movement, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and calendar dial, the hood with carved scroll cresting, over a tapered pillared trunk and panelled block base on bun feet, 213cm highCondition report: Condition good to fair. Chip to dial, also discolour and cracks as per age. The bezel moulding is slightly loose at one point (not of real concern), also minor chip to cresting. Wear as per use and age throughout. Reported working at time of testing, though we offer no guarantee. Additional images now available.

A 19thC mahogany longcase clock, with brass dial marked Winstanley, Omskirk, with silvered Roman numeral chapter ring and date aperture, eight day movement, with two weights and pendulum, on arched pediment hood, above single door with later oval marquetry banded detailing on a moulded base with central shell, on bracket feet, 220cm high, 45cm wide, 23cm deep.
A George III Chinoiserie Japanned 8-day longcase clock, the 11" brass dial signed John Smith, London, silvered Roman hour and Arabic minute chapter ring, mask head spandrels, subsidiary seconds dial, date aperture and ringed winding hole, the black lacquered case with flat topped hood, overhanging cornice top, the long trunk door fitted with circular lenticle, decorated with Chinoiserie inspired motifs, Condition: Weight pendulum and winding key present. Door slightly bowing. Rubbing chips and wear to lacquer decoration. lacquer and gilt decoration to sides very faded. 11" square brass dial. Movement most likely associated. The seat boarrd has been raised up on two blocks and the dial sits to one side with a gap to top and side. Glazed door aperture 12". Two moulding strips to side of hood detached but present. movement untested
A George III oak 8 day longcase clocksigned Thomas Bevan, Marlborough on the 12" dial with silvered chapter ring, having Roman and outer Arabic numerals, dual minutes tracks, subsidiary seconds dial and calendar aperture, brass pierced spandrels with two train movement striking on a bell, the case having pedimented hood with three pedestals for finials (missing), a glazed door flanked by a pair of turned columns with gilt bronze capitals and bases, the trunk with hinged door, on a box base with shaped feet,height approx. 223cm, width 51cmCondition: Weights present, the case is missing the three finials, shrinkage to one column which makes it slightly loose, small loss to corner of the pediment, some moulding missing from the top edge of the base, Movement untested and no guarantee can be offered as to the full working order.
