Dial is in good condition, some minor scuffing to chapter ring. Hour hand is damaged, minute hand is detached but present. Case us generally good, some marquetry lifting but no losses. Hood is good, one column is detached but present. Other column has some brass decoration missing
Good quality Edwardian eight day chiming longcase clock, retailed by Harrods Ltd. London, with silvered and gilt arched dial with floral engraving, three winding holes and subsidiary seconds strike / silent and silent chime switches, in dome-top mahogany case with acanthus decoration, glazed door with cylinder pendulum and three brass cylinder weights, on ogee bracket feet, 196cm high CONDITION REPORT General overall condition reasonable. Movement appears to be complete. Gong rods are undamaged, but rusty and all present. Whole movement is very dirty and does not appear to have been run recently. Dial is dirty and worn and scuffed in places. Weights and pendulum are also dirty and with surface scratching and wear. Case and hood in good condition. Some minor damage to veneer hood and very tight fit
Contemporary reproduction of a late 17th century longcase clock with five-pillar eight day movement, 10 inch square dial with cherub face and foliate spandrels, matted centre, signed - Richard Baker Londini fecit, subsidiary seconds dial, date aperture and silvered chapter ring, in a walnut case, long door with lenticles inlaid and strung side panels, panelled plinth on bun feet, hood with square glazed door, barley-twist columns and decorative carved pediment, 195cm overall height (winding key, door key, weights and pendulum present) CONDITION REPORT As far as we are aware the whole clock excluding the movement has been made up. The movement is very clean and has a rack strike and possibly uses components from another clock. Dial is also very clean, spandrels may be reproductions. Chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial are scuffed. Case has been made in the style of late 17th century. Dial aperture is 10"x10"

Case is in god condition, some minor nicks and scratches. Hood also good, door has been repaired near key hole and right hand finial and mount is detached but present

With a George III oak hanging corner cabinet, with panelled door, 100cm H x 79cm W (2) CONDITION REPORT: The movement and case may not be original. The back of the hood has a flange so you have to lift it over the dial before you slide it back. The top of the back board has been altered and the seat board may not be original. Case tired with cracks and repairs. Appears to be part of the moulding to the edge of the trunk (behind the door) which is replaced or loose. No key or winder. Some attention will be needed. Not currently running.

An early 19th century oak and walnut cased eight-day longcase clock of small proportions, the brass dial set with Roman numerals, inscribed 'James Worthington', the walnut hood above an oak body and pedestal base, height 160cm. CONDITION REPORT This has been heavily restored, much of the original walnut case has been replaced with oak, including the door which has been removed and replaced by two oak boards, now the only access to the movement and weights is through the top and back of the hood.
