A George III eight day oak longcase clock, the brass dial with silvered Roman numeral chapter ring, subsidiary seconds and date aperture, engraved Nath (Nathaniel) Cliff Hull, with corner spandrels, the movement striking on a bell, the hood with pagoda top and brass finials and floral carving, 235cm CONDITION REPORT: The case with darkened age wear patina throughout. Some small chips and losses. Tarnishing to the dial and the movement is grubby. Not guaranteed to be currently running. The hood has some old repair (see extra images). Overall ok. Associated weight and pendulum. The dial size is 30cm wide which is approx 11.8inches.
